It’s Tuesday night: time for our beer and cheese pairing of the week!
This week we’re loving Zeezuiper, a Belgian triple ale, paired with Grayson, a raw cow’s milk cheese from Meadow Creek Dairy in VA. The beer is light in color and body, but strong in flavor (and alcohol content). Grayson is one of the rare cheeses with a strong enough flavor to stand up to that kind of impact, and the sweetness of the milk and the malts blend beautifully.
