Crunch, nuttiness, and honey: this granola contains all the elements you’d typically see in a cheese course, but it’s all compressed into one bite. Most people would not have thought to veer towards cheese in their granola, but we’ve been able to coax a luxurious flavor profile from our honeyed granola with organic aged cheddar. We add in the freshly ground black pepper and cayenne to break through the richness. Sweet and salty with a hint of spice.
Use it to top a tomato soup, bake it on a potato gratin, add it to your cheese board, or eat it straight out of the bag.
