Refund policy
We will refund or replace any item that has been damaged during shipping.
To request a refund or replacement, please email info@easterndistrictny.com, and attach a photo of the damaged product.
Once your request is received, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 24 hours OR your replacement item will be shipped within 24 hours.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or replacement.
