Woody's Non-Alcoholic Blanc de Blanc is made in California using locally grown cool-climate Mendocino Chardonnay, which is gently dealcoholized through vacuum distillation. A small amount of sugar is added to achieve balance, akin to the liqueur d'expédition used in traditional sparkling wines. Along with natural flavors and light carbonation, this creates a refined and crisp sparkling wine with bright acidity, subtle minerality, and a refreshing finish.
