Expertly crafted Chenin/Chardonnay Still White Wine from South Africa with <0.5% ABV. Made using 55% Chenin Blanc and 45% Chardonnay grapes from dry-land vineyards in the Western Cape. Strategically planted on south-west facing slopes, our vineyards benefit from cool breezes and the cold Benguela current from the Atlantic Ocean. The grapes are fermented at 14-15°C for 14 days under reduced oxygen conditions to preserve the fruitiness. Aged on lees for 2 months for added complexity, the wine is then dealcoholized using a gentle spun cone method under vacuum and low temperature to maintain the wine's body, color, and flavor profile.
