Pairs well withPears, apples, rye bread and ham. Melt the Gruyère over boiled potatoes. To drink: Riesling, Chardonnay or a dark beer.
Good to knowShips nationwide in an insulated box with cold packs. Keep the cheese in the fridge when it arrives. If a cheese is out of stock, we swap in one just as good.
